When we book a job we will always provide this with a run over time for these circumstances. When we book a day’s shoot these days are subject to change on the day of shot and during the day of shoot.
We ask for a deposit of 35% in advance when booking a shoot due to the nature that we work with a number of staff and freelancers to show commitment towards booking our time and services.
CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS
If we are not able to carry out a job on the day specified we will not charge for this day if other arrangements can be scheduled in to complete the job. The 35% deposit will then be transferred to the rescheduled day.
If it is not possible to reschedule any job to a future date we will consult with our client our cancellation policy and any fees incurred and develop a reasonable compromise.
